Party Arrangement Terms and Conditions

Birthday Agreement

  • The birthday package is catered for children, any additional food for adults or nannies should be purchased from the Kids SoHo Cafe.
  • The number of children must be confirmed one day prior to the party, no changes can be made after that or on the day.
  • No outside food, beverage or decorations are permitted. Outside entertainment to be discussed and approved during the planning phase. Outside birthday cakes’s and goody bags are permitted.
  • A deposit payment of IDR 2,000,000 or 50% from total initial invoice (whichever is greater) is required to confirm a booking. The balance payment is payable at the cafe on the day of the party. Any additional charges that accure during the party can be payable directly to the cafe.
  • The birthday room where the party is held will be available for a maximum of three (3) hours.

Cancellation and Postponement

  • Deposit payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • In the case of a postponement being required, Kids SoHo will advise if the new date requested is available. If you are changing your confirmed booking date, a fee will be charged as per below;
    • 4 days or more prior to the event : 15% from the overall invoice will be added.
    • Less than 4 days prior to the confirmed booking will incur an additional 25% from the overall invoice.
  • In the case of cancellation;
    • 7 days before confirmed booking, 20% from overall invoice will be forfeited. The remaining balance of payment will be credited towards future Kids SoHo visits.
    • 4 days before confirmed booking, 30% from overall invoice will be forfeited. The remaining balance of payment will be credited towards future Kids SoHo visits.
    • Less than 4 days before confirmed booking, 30% from overall invoice will be forfeited. The remaining balance of payment will be credited towards future Kids SoHo visits.
    • Cancellation on the confirmed booking date will result in no refund.
  • No changes to the birthday package, including food, can be changed/cancelled on the day.
